I had never watched a single episode of this show before, never even heard of it. A reality t.v. show about a (very large) family... I heard about this show's most recent episode and I had to watch it. Expecting to walk into their ultrasound to learn the gender of their baby, they learn (with cameras rolling) that their unborn baby had died.
